This particular "opportunity" can have many variations. You can probably think of many ways to earn money with your camera. Get a friend to dress up as Santa and take pictures of all the kids that "line up" to get their pictures taken. Hang around tourist destinations and take pictures of the happy travelers and sell the pictures to them. You can get many good ideas for using your camera at many books in the library.

These ads lead you to believe that if you send them a roll of film with the pictures they are looking for they will send you $239.45 or whatever AND the best part, they supply the film!

In actuality, if they are a legitimate company, and you get anything, you will find out they are a film developing company and if you PAY to have your film developed BY THEM, you will receive a free roll of film. They will probably also include a booklet about how you can make money with your camera! SAVE YOUR MONEY (and go the library.)
